Fi Lumsden

I trained with CYS in 2004 and subsequently completed my RYT 500 hr advanced training under the wonderful guidance of Bodhiyoga International - teaching yoga based upon Buddhist principles. In 2024

I completed a somatic yoga teacher training. My teaching varies according to the season and individual or class needs.  I teach regular classes at my studio in Aberfeldy and private classes for those new to yoga or with particular needs eg back issues or particular health problems.  I also specialise in yoga for COPD and other breathing issues, yin yoga and somatic movement.

TEACHERS

Emma Burtles

I have been doing yoga for years and qualified as a teacher in 2005.  Yoga for me is about living as positively as possible, and taking the time to be healthy in body and mind.  I currently teach in a variety of styles - flow yoga combining postures and breath, and fitness yoga combining aerobic circuits exercises and deep stretching with breath.  I have recently qualified to teach the much acclaimed Yoga for Healthy Backs programme.
